Who is the course for?

The Preliminary Certificate of Educational Studies in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages programme aims to provide a Basic Introduction to the teaching of English to speakers of other languages for those who are unfamiliar with the field.
This course is aimed at those persons who wish to attain an Entry Level qualification in order to teach English. This Course will equip the prospective teacher with the necessary entry level skills to enter the classroom with the necessary confidence and understanding of relevant techniques.
